Welcome

Thanks for your interest in World Class Gymnastics (WCG).  Here is some information to help answer questions you may have.

Registration

Gymnastics is a year round sport, so a student may register any time of the year. Registration and consent/release forms must be filled out completely and signed by the parent or guardian before participation.  There is a $45 registration fee which is a once per year insurance fee necessary in our industry.  This fee remains in force from the time of registration through the end of August each year.  Checks can be made payable to World Class Gymnastics or WCG.

Late Enrollments

Students may register at any time on a space available basis.  The class fee will be prorated.

Tuition and Return Check Policy

Tuition is due on the first class of every month.  Tuition paid after the 10^TH of each month will be assessed a $15 late fee.  There will be a $20 fee assessed on checks returned for any reason.

Discounts

There is a $5 discount on a family that has multiple children in classes (limit 2 discounted tuitions).  Also, the registration fee is only $55 for two or more children.

Make-up Policy

We offer make-up classes for those students who miss their regular class due to illness or pre-arrangement. The make-up is available only in classes that are not full; please call ahead of time before attending a make-up class.  There is no tuition pro-rating due to a missed class except for classes that are only offered once a week.  Classes must be made up with-in the following month of the missed class.

Attire

It is requested that children wear clothing that will allow freedom of movement and will not restrict their participation.  Girls should wear leotards and boys should have gym shorts and t-shirt.  Cotton socks or bare feet are recommended for safety reasons. NO NYLON TIGHTS WITH FEET PLEASE!

Parent Observation

World Class Gymnastics welcomes parents and guest to observe classes, which is why we have all windows in the lobby.  Feel free to stay and watch your child learn gymnastics

Inclement Weather Closing

World Class may not follow city and county school closings for inclement weather.  Class cancellations will be announced on our answering machine.  Make-up may be scheduled for any classes missed due to weather.

Birthday Parties

World Class is proud to provide your child’s Birthday Party Fun!  Times and dates can be reserved at the front desk or by calling the gym.  Let us take the stress and mess off you.  For more information, pick up a party brochure at the front desk.

Holiday Closings

Please check the schedule for a list of Holiday Closings observed by World Class Gymnastics.  Classes missed due to scheduled Holiday closings are NOT eligible for make up.
